Job summary

You will focus on expediting purchase orders and maintaining supply schedules to support on-time delivery. The role requires strong SAP transactional experience, excellent Excel skills, and at least three years of direct procurement experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in direct procurement.
• Team player capable of independent work to meet fixed deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a work queue and ensure Purchase Orders are issued on time.
• Coordinate closely with internal customers to ensure involvement and care.
• Manage a portfolio of suppliers; handle price increase requests and invoicing issues.
