Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Project Buyer Expeditor for a 12-month contract in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on tactical execution of purchase order schedules for multiple projects within the New Unit Gas Turbine Business, ensuring timely delivery and close collaboration with internal customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have strong SAP experience, excellent Excel skills, and 3+ years in direct procurement, with ability to work in a fast-moving global environment and deliver results

Qualifications

• Strong SAP transactional experience.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• 3+ years of direct procurement experience.
• Able to work independently to meet deadlines in a complex global environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a work queue and ensure Purchase Orders are issued in a timely manner.
• Maintain close cooperation with Internal Customers for early involvement and care.
• Manage supplier portfolio; negotiate price increases and resolve invoicing issues.
• Contribute to implementation and adherence to globally defined procurement processes and IT systems.
• Support Supplier Management processes: qualification, selection, evaluation, and development.
