• Manage purchase order schedules and work queues, ensuring orders are issued on time and actively tracking confirmations, progress, and compliance with quality requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers, proactively addressing delivery, pricing, invoicing, and payment-related issues.
• Collaborate with global and local project management, material planning, and logistics teams to align procurement activities and support transportation and customs requirements.
• Support supplier management activities, including supplier qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and systems while supporting process compliance, procurement planning, and regular reporting on schedule progress.

Job Requirements
