Job summary

S&ME, Inc. seeks a Billing Specialist to join our Finance team in a hybrid work arrangement. You will manage project billing, invoices, WIP reporting, and collections for multiple client projects across our engineering footprint.

The role requires at least 3 years in project billing, with experience in KPI reporting and dashboards. A High School diploma/GED is required, with an Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project billing experience.
• Experience with KPI reporting and dashboards is preferred.
• Familiarity with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up project information and contract terms in the accounting system.
• Generate and finalize client invoices with attachments and documentation.
• Post invoices, manage budget changes, and support monthly closing processes.
• Assist in collections and monthly project reviews to ensure accurate invoicing.
