HKS Dallas is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team. This role supports project teams by entering and maintaining project data in the accounting system, prepares client invoices monthly, and ensures alignment with contract terms.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Clients, and finance to ensure accurate billing, monitor WIP, and handle reconciliations and adjustments to invoices as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of billing or project accounting experience.
• MS Excel, Outlook and Word proficiency.
• Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Support billing for multiple Project Managers and issue invoices monthly.
• Enter project information into the accounting system based on contracts and PM/client preferences.
• Review WIP and ensure labor/expenses are posted correctly; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and project team to understand requirements and expectations.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable and adjust invoices as needed.
• Ensure billing practices comply with accounting standards and maintain audit-ready records.
• Monitor working capital to ensure prompt billing and payment from clients.
• Assist in collections and resolve billing inquiries promptly.
• Close out projects in the system, write off WIP, and follow up with PMs on timely closures.
