Project Billing Coordinator is a critical role responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, tracking project costs, and providing valuable insights through financial reporting and KPI analysis. This highly collaborative position ensures accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered by RP Transport, Risser’s Poultry Handling Services, and Risser’s Poultry. The Project Billing Coordinator collaborates closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment on budgets, billing accuracy, and project goals. This role includes identifying process improvements, maintaining customer records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1.1 Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable or a related administrative role.
• 1.2 Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• 1.3 Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks with little supervision.
• 1.4 Must possess good written and verbal communication abilities.
• 1.5 Must have excellent customer service skills.
• 1.6 Proficiency with technology required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) and Billing software (Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• 1.7 High school diploma and 1 year+ working in an office setting.
• 1.8 Must be a relationship builder, a team player with all departments.
