Job summary

NeuroNav is seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager in Cincinnati, OH to support their finance team on a project basis. The role requires 5+ years of experience managing the accounting cycle, with strong proficiency in ERP systems and GAAP.

This is a hands-on position where the candidate will operate autonomously, identifying process improvements and efficiencies within the team. On-site work at the client’s Cincinnati office is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager background.
• Solid understanding of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities for the finance team.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Operate as a senior-level contributor with minimal ramp time.
