University of New England in Biddeford, Maine, seeks a part-time Project Assistant to provide essential administrative, fiscal, and communications support for the AgingME GWEP. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will help ensure smooth operations and maintain program records.

The Project Assistant provides essential administrative, fiscal, and communication support for the AgingME Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program ( GWEP ). Reporting to the Program Manager, this role ensures the smooth operational flow of the program by supporting financial functions, administrative coordination, and partner relations across the state.
This is a half-time position (20-25 hours/week, 12 months/year) with the option to move to a hybrid work schedule after an initial familiarization period. We prioritize work-life balance and encourage applicants seeking a flexible schedule to apply.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and at least one (1) year of administrative office experience OR equivalent combination of relevant training and experience required.
