Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Project Architect with a focus on Single Family Residential and Multifamily Projects! This is a role where you will be responsible for creating impressive and functional custom home designs. You will be working on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation and administration, giving you the chance to showcase your creative abilities and technical aptitude. If you have a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of architectural design principles, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Develop and design custom single-family residential home projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software like Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with client, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute design concepts and solutions effectively.
• Participate in all phases of the design process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure the design vision is maintained throughout the construction process.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in single-family residential architecture.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on single-family residential or multifamily architecture.
• Proficiency in design software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and excellent custom home designs.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• A valid Architect license is preferred but not required.
