Job summary

DRPILLA is seeking a full-time Project Architect / Project Manager to join our team. This role involves active participation across all phases of a project, from schematic design through construction administration.

Our work spans a diverse range of building envelopes, interiors, and restorations, with services in waterproofing, inspections, and reporting. The candidate should have NY licensure preferred and strong Revit skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect (RA); New York licensure preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience within a professional architecture firm, working across varied project types and scales.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Revit and related design software.
  • Experience contributing to technical documentation and user guides.
  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project goals, schedules, and execution plans across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure projects are strategically planned and effectively staffed.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular status updates.
  • Interpret and communicate changes in codes, regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Partner with BIM and architectural management teams to establish standards for construction-ready models, including production manuals and templates.

Project Architect / Project Manager

Project Architect / Project Manager

DRPILLA is seeking a full-time Project Architect / Project Manager to join our team. This role requires active involvement across all phases of a project, from schematic design through construction administration.

Our work spans a diverse range of project types, including the assessment, design, and restoration of building envelopes, plazas, and commercial and residential interiors. We also provide water infiltration and waterproofing consulting, as well as Local Law 11/FISP inspections and reporting. Our portfolio includes low-rise and high-rise residential buildings, office complexes, retail spaces, warehouses, parking garages, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and government buildings.

Key Responsibilities
