Job summary

Ideal candidates are licensed architects with extensive Revit expertise and a track record in client liaison, marketing involvement, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

In the role of Project Architect/Manager, your duties will include:

• Collaboration with designers, project managers, and other team members
• Lead project teams during all phases of design
• Manage all aspects of projects for successful and efficient execution of work
• Serve as the primary point of contact and client liaison
• Responsibility for project scope, schedule, and budget alignment and management
• Oversee project teams and participate in staffing reviews and resource assignments
• Participate in marketing and project pursuit efforts
• Provide and manage communications with clients, consultants, and contractors during all project phases
• Supervision, support, and mentoring of junior staff
• Monitor project delivery through all phases of design and construction

Requirements

• Professional degree in architecture
• Licensed Architect
• Extensive Revit knowledge and experience

• Experience with projects over 50,000sf/$15M construction cost preferred
• Comfort with project design, construction documentation, production, and construction.
• Experience with detailing, building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems.
• Understanding of project management process and risk management
• Lead consultant coordination.
• Perform all construction administration duties including review of shop drawings, material samples, and submittals for conformance with design
• Assist with and review project specifications and/or coordinate with specification writer
• Maintain contact with clients, consultants, and contractors during all project phases
• Supervision, support, and mentoring of junior staff
• Support and participation in project pursuits as necessary
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
