Job summary

MSSA, an established NYC architecture firm, is seeking an experienced architect to prepare construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and guide projects through DOB approvals and construction.

The candidate should have a degree in architecture, 6+ years of office experience, and strong AutoCAD skills, with bonus points for Revit/SketchUp/Bluebeam experience and NYC code knowledge.

Qualifications

• Architecture degree
• 6+ years of architectural office experience preferred
• Strong AutoCAD skills required
• NYC DOB, zoning, and building code experience preferred
• Strong construction document and detailing skills
• Experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, hotel, or multi-family projects
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Revit / SketchUp / Bluebeam experience is a plus
