Job summary

Adver.info in New York is seeking a Project Architect to contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination for multi-family residential projects. The role requires independent work across all design phases and collaboration with consultants.

You will produce construction documents in AutoCAD and leverage Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and MS Office. Hybrid schedule, growing with a small, friendly office and 10+ vacation days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time professional experience from a NYC architecture firm.
• BArch or MArch from an accredited school.
• Ability to work independently on all design phases.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials related to multi-family is a plus.
• Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
• Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills.

The position involves contributing to the design, document coordination and management of projects from Schematic Design through Construction documents.
