Job summary

Globalclassifieds is seeking a Project Architect to contribute to design, document coordination and management of multi-family residential and mixed-use projects from schematic design through construction documents.

The role requires 3–5 years experience from NYC architecture firm, a BArch or MArch, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Word and MS Excel. Hybrid schedule offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time professional experience from a NYC architecture firm.
• BArch or MArch from an accredited school.
• Ability to work independently on all design phases.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials related to multi-family is a plus.
• Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
• Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills.

The position involves contributing to the design, document coordination and management of projects from Schematic Design through Construction documents.
