Job summary

DMC Architecture, a small design firm in MetroWest, seeks an Intermediate Architectural Designer (3–5 years exp) ready to move beyond production into project stewardship. You will support projects from concept sketches to final punch list, with production remaining important.

You should have 3–5 years post-grad experience, a B.Arch or M.Arch, and hands-on site/workshop exposure. Proficiency in ArchiCAD and comfort with AutoCAD are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-graduate experience and a B.Arch or M.Arch.
• Hands-on construction experience preferred.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD; comfortable with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop projects through all phases from concept to construction punch list.
• Produce clear Construction Documents and coordinate with Structural/MEP consultants.
• Maintain design intent while managing budget.
