Archinect is seeking an experienced Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our Residential team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of professional experience and will be involved in the coordination and development of projects from concept through construction.

This position emphasizes client-facing capabilities and requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and a strong knowledge of building construction. The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Residential experience is a plus.
• Ability to produce technical documentation including DD and CD/IDD.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and manage the complex coordination of projects.
• Assist and guide a team on all phases of a project.
• Maintain project directories and collaborate with consultants.

Skills

Fluency in AutoCAD

SketchUp

Knowledge of construction methods

Strong graphics and visual presentation skills

3D modeling and rendering experience
