Job summary

The Architectural Team in Chelsea, MA seeks a mid-level Architectural Designer to join our collaborative practice. You will contribute to projects from schematic design through construction documents, working with senior staff and cross-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture, 6–10 years’ experience, is proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and eager to contribute to housing, senior living, and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• Registration preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design & Collaboration - Partner with senior staff to develop creative, contextually responsive design solutions.
• Project Execution - Contribute to projects from master planning through construction, coordinating disciplines.
• Client & Project Support - Prepare materials for client meetings, proposals, and interviews.
• Mentorship - Guide junior designers on tools, standards, and workflows.
