Job summary

MSA Design, based in Cincinnati, seeks a Project Architect/Designer to join the downtown studio and work directly with the Director of Design Strategy and senior leadership to advance design excellence on diverse projects.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, a professional architecture license (or in process), and a degree in architecture. Proficiency in REVIT/BIM and presentation software is required, with a passion for sustainable, community-impact work.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate to fulfill the role of Project Architect / Designer based in our downtown
Cincinnati studio. This staff member will work directly with our Director of Design Strategy and
Senior Design Leadership to collaborate and advance design excellence on projects within our
portfolio.

General Characteristics and Experience for candidates:

• 5-10 years of experience and possession of a professional license to practice Architecture.
  Candidates who are in the process of testing for their professional license, but not yet
  registered will also be considered.
• Bachelors and / or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience or interest in working on legacy projects that have an enduring impact on their
  communities, regardless of project type or size. We encourage candidates to review our

• A person of high integrity willing to follow through with commitments, honors their word,
  and embodies the character exemplified by MSA leadership and team members.

• REVIT/BIM fluency is required and ability to adapt to the latest software tools and resources

• Experience in using the latest presentation software (Adobe, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.) to
  assist in site/master planning, visioning, design packages, and being a part of project design
  & production teams.
• An understanding of Sustainability and possession of necessary certifications (LEED AP,
  BD+C, WELL, etc.)
