Job summary

MSA Design, based in Cincinnati, seeks a Project Architect/Designer to join the downtown studio and work directly with the Director of Design Strategy and senior leadership to advance design excellence on diverse projects.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, a professional architecture license (or in process), and a degree in architecture. Proficiency in REVIT/BIM and presentation software is required, with a passion for sustainable, community-impact work.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with a professional architecture license.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• LEED AP, BD+C, WELL, or similar sustainability credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Leadership to advance design excellence on projects.
• Work on legacy projects with enduring impact for communities.
• Utilize REVIT/BIM and other software for design packages and production.
