Job Title: Project Architectural Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Architectural Assistant to support our retail team in delivering exceptional design development and construction administration. This role involves working under the general supervision of a project manager, providing essential support in design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design development for commercial interior architecture with a focus on Core & Shell/Building envelope design.
• Produce and manage construction documents from concept through completion.
• Provide construction administration support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and manage tenant improvement processes.
• Engage in prototypical rollout experiences and exterior detailing.
• Collaborate on site plans and entitlement procedures.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial interior architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, with consistent use in the past year.
• Extensive experience in base building and exterior detailing.
• Understanding of storefront systems and site plan coordination.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of design principles and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with space planning methodology and furnishings.
• Intermediate sketching, rendering, and interior architecture detailing skills.
• Commitment to support projects through varying phases.
  
  

Work Environment

Enjoy a fully remote work environment with flexibility to work hybrid/in-person if preferred. The typical workday is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a highly flexible schedule. Studios are available for those who prefer a hybrid work model, enabling collaboration with teams across 24 cities in the US.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $45.00/hr.
