Job summary

Borrelli & Partners, Inc. in Orlando seeks a full-time, self-motivated Registered Architect / Project Manager to lead architectural projects using AutoCAD or Revit.

The ideal candidate will manage all project phases, ensure timely execution, and communicate with stakeholders. Requirements include a registered architect with 10+ years of experience and strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills; proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion is preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

Our Orlando based office is a multi-discipline architecture, planning, interior, and landscape architectural firm. We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated Registered Architect / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be a qualified, registered architect who is able to manage and develop architectural projects using AutoCAD or Revit. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all aspects of architectural project delivery
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire design/construction process
• Manage staff and consultants assigned to projects

Qualifications:

• Registered Licensed Architect
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in architecture
• 10+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
• Proficient in CAD systems (Revit preferred), Sketch-Up, Lumion, and other graphic software
• Technical, managerial, and creative abilities are essential, including the ability to communicate both written and graphic concepts and ideas to diverse client groups
