Job summary

Interplan LLC - National Architects & Engineers in Orlando is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to run projects with autonomy while learning from experienced architects and managers. You will produce construction documents, lead small projects, review CAD work, navigate codes, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial architecture experience
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent drafting/design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp (Revit a plus)
• Solid understanding of zoning, building codes, and MEP systems
• Strong communication skills and comfort working independently or on a team
• Licensure or working toward it is a plus

Responsibilities

• Solving design challenges and keeping work on budget and on time
• Delegating and reviewing CAD technicians' work
• Researching and applying codes, with some direct agency interaction
