Job summary

GPAC is assisting a Milwaukee, WI-based design-build firm seeking a Project Architect to join a collaborative team delivering projects across Corporate Workplace, Financial Institutions, Government/Municipal, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, Religious and Commercial sectors.

Requirements include 5–12+ years of experience, Revit proficiency, licensure or on-track for licensure, and strong leadership with client presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Licensed professional or on-track for licensure with a degree in Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from Schematic Design to Construction Administration.
• Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engage with owners.
• Define project requirements and design criteria.
• Schedule, estimate, budget, planning for drawings and models.
• Use software to design and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Develop professional client relationships.
• Demonstrate leadership and build relationships at all levels.

Project Architect Requirements

• 5-12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.
• A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
• Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.

Project Architect Responsibilities

• Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engaging with owners.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Professional client development skills.
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
