Job summary

Iconica is seeking a Project Architect in Madison, WI to lead design efforts from concept through construction and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Wisconsin-licensed architect with 7+ years of commercial design, strong leadership, and proficiency in Revit and Enscape. Collaboration with engineers and construction professionals is essential, with Procore experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Licensed Architect in Wisconsin; NCARB certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of commercial design experience, including conceptual design, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape; experience with Bluebeam and MasterSpec is a plus.
• Experience with Procore preferred.
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
