Job summary

Iconica seeks a Construction Project Manager III to lead ground-up commercial projects in the Madison area. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and team coordination from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safety and quality.

With 8+ years in commercial PM and a civil/construct degree, you will mentor staff, engage clients and subcontractors, and drive successful outcomes on projects ranging from $5–20 million. Procore and MS Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing projects across multiple structural systems (steel, wood, concrete, precast, masonry).
• Experience managing larger, more complex commercial construction projects ($5–20 million).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; relationship-building experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and project demands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
