Responsibilities

• Support project visioning and contribute to design direction.
• Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple projects.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and follow-through.
• Manage and mentor team members, including junior architects and design staff, with support from Project Managers.
• Provide guidance on best practices, technical execution, and design development.
• Oversee the production of architectural drawings, models, and specifications.
• Ensure projects meet all legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project timelines, workflows, and delivery strategies.

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect who is passionate about design and its influence on the world. Candidates should be licensed with proven success leading teams, engaging with project owners and consultants, and delivering exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project visioning and contribute to design direction
• Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple projects

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino and/or SketchUp, and related design visualization tools (e.g., D5 Render, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Expertise in at least one project type
