Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking a Project Architect to lead projects from concept through construction. You will mentor junior designers, and alternate between leading and doing, shaping the built environment and the firm’s direction.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, coordinate across consultants, and stay on site through construction administration. This is a design-forward, client-facing role in a collaborative studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture or related design field.
• Experience leading projects from design through construction administration.
• Proficiency in construction documents, detailing, redlining and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects, keeping on budget and schedule.
• Run client meetings and serve as primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and present design concepts and options translating the client’s vision.
• Own technical coordination of drawings with internal teams and consultants.
• Oversee plans and specifications for accuracy, codes compliance and safety.
