Job summary

North House Architects, a Grand Haven-based design-driven studio, seeks a Project Architect to lead all phases from concept to construction. You will join a small, collaborative team and shape thoughtful residential designs that respond to the Great Lakes region’s context.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in architecture, 2+ years on custom homes, strong Revit skills, and the ability to manage projects with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architecture firm.
• At least 2 years working on custom residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (required).
• Strong balance of design sensibility and technical skill.
• Ability to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Passion for residential architecture and a high level of craft.
• Eagerness to grow with a studio committed to excellence and regional identity.
• Interest in long-term professional development and leadership potential.
