Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect. The role is based in Fishers, IN, but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs adhere to client specifications and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include design, construction documents, detailing, managing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Coordination with internal team, other disciplines & consultants.

Technical

• Knowledge of construction and industry standards: including building codes, industry trends and building structures.
• Project delivery - including, but not limited to, schematic design, design development, construction documents, specifications, presentations, etc.
• Construction administration assistance - including, but not limited to, review of shop drawings, rfi responses, addenda preparation, etc.
• Proficient w/ Revit and Autocad.
• Familiarity with specifications.
