Kurani is seeking an experienced and talented architect to join our team full-time. In this important role, you will lead the design for meaningful architectural projects from concept through construction.

• Fully remote. Work from anywhere.

You’ll be expected to take the lead on:

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Prepare design concepts and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the production of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure design solutions meet building codes and zoning regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and engineering teams to integrate various design disciplines.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor junior design staff in developing innovative and functional design solutions.

You’d be a good fit if you have/are:

• Experience with ground-up construction projects, permit sets, and construction details.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
