Ghafari Associates, LLC is seeking a Project Architect in Chicago, IL, responsible for managing complex projects and overseeing technical design work. This role requires collaboration with various disciplines and a strong understanding of architectural standards and construction documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years experience in architecture, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. A competitive salary and robust benefits package are included, designed to support employee wellbeing.
The Project Architect directs and is responsible for the development of the design work; leads in the production of technical drawings and specifications; coordinates the related work of the other disciplines; and assumes in‑house construction administration duties on projects of moderate to large size and complexity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s preferred. NCARB certificate required. LEED Certification preferred. WELL Building Certification preferred. Registered Architect required.
15+ years related architecture experience.
