ITAC Solutions, LLC is assisting an established architectural firm in the Greater Austin area in recruiting Project Managers. The role leads design teams on education and public-sector projects, with a path from Project Architect to PM under experienced leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, coordinate with external consultants, maintain client communications, and mentor staff. A strong Revit/Adobe/Lumion/Enscape skillset is essential.

Formación

• NAAB-accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect in the U.S.; Texas licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an Architecture or Interior Design firm, with leadership/management
• Licensed Project Architects encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Education/Higher Ed or municipal projects preferred.
• Strong skills in Revit, Adobe, Lumion, Enscape, and MS/Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams through all design phases: Planning to Construction Administration.
• Manage 1–2 projects at a time, reporting to Project Principal.
• Coordinate external consultants including MEP, Structural, Civil.
• Maintain clear client communication and help manage costs/budgets.
• Oversee construction to ensure adherence to plans and codes.
• Prepare subcontractor agreements and present projects to public stakeholders.
• Mentor and train team members on industry best practices.

Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead project teams through all phases of design, including Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration
• Manage 1–2 projects at a time, reporting to the Project Principal
• Coordinate outside consultants including MEP, Structural, and Civil
• Maintain clear client communication throughout the project lifecycle and help clients manage costs and stay within budget
• Oversee construction to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes
• Prepare subcontractor agreements and present upcoming projects to public stakeholders
• Mentor and train team members while staying current on industry best practices

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• NAAB-accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in the U.S. (Texas licensure preferred; out-of-state licenses transfer easily)
• 5+ years of experience in an Architecture or Interior Design firm, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Licensed Project Architects ready to move into a PM role are encouraged to apply
• Education, Higher Ed, and/or municipal project experience strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Adobe, Lumion, and Enscape, plus Microsoft and Google Suite
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Portfolio or work samples required (link preferred)
