Job Summary

The Partner Program Manager supports the ongoing management and evolution of global channel and partnership programs that expand the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

Program Management and Delivery
  • Participates in the ongoing management of the Equinix Partner Program to deliver a consistent partner experience and support partner bookings growth for Equinix.
  • Supports the implementation of partner program benefits, such as deal registration, rebates, and incentives, and monitors adherence to program policies and requirements, such as enablement, training, and annual bookings.
  • Creates and maintains core Partner Program documentation and tools, such as the Partner Program Guide and Deal Registration Guidelines.
Communication
  • Creates Partner presentations in collaboration with the marketing team to demonstrate the value proposition for the Equinix Partner Program and other global program offers or pilots.
  • Creates and maintains internal and external web portal content related to the Global Partner Program.
  • Develops new tools and resources to aid Sales and Partners with understanding program policies and processes.
  • Develops and executes an internal communications plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Executes Program evangelization with all internal counterparts, Sales and Marketing leadership, and external touchpoints.
Program Assessment, Governance, & Effectiveness
  • Formulates recommendations for enhancements of the current program and process improvements to support global scalability and gain efficiencies.
  • Supports annual program compliance activities, including re-tiering and communications plan development in coordination with Regional and Global stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborates with Global and Regional Partner sales teams and Marketing to enable partner and sales team success within the program.
Partner Experience
  • Evaluates Partner and Regional Partner Sales feedback and makes recommendations to functional leads to enhance the overall partner experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven success in channel sales programs or channel marketing for an internet, network, data center, hyperscale, or cloud-based products or services provider preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Reporting, Sales Communications, and documenting Partner Program requirements and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $139,000 to $209,000 per year.
  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $130,000 to $194,000 per year.
  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $118,000 to $176,000 per year.

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
