The role requires strong knowledge of Pike Engineering work management and accounting processes, with daily interaction across field, engineering groups, and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school degree or GED.
• Associates degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years experience in distribution/utility or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supports project analysis, workflow, and preparation of deliverables to meet client and management objectives.
• Gathers data for project requirements using data gathering tools.
• Assists project team with administration and process improvements.
• Documents project requirements throughout its lifecycle.
• Enter project information into the financial accounting system for accurate coding and invoicing.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation and records.
