Job summary

Pike Engineering is seeking a Performance Support Manager to oversee regional project analytics and governance for operations and KPIs. You will supervise analytics teams, develop KPI models, and support leadership reports.

You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning, while maintaining interfaces with corporate systems and ensuring timely communication with internal customers. PMP is preferred; training in Pike systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred in Accounting or Business.
• 3-5 years in business analytics/project management or controls.
• PMP certification preferred; training in Pike systems required.
• Strong Excel knowledge and financial modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for regional project analytics and BI teams.
• Develop models for KPI reporting and cost/ROI analyses.
• Support monthly leadership reporting and business driver articulation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning in regions.
• Maintain processes interfacing with corporate systems.
