Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • AA/AS degree in Engineering Technology preferred.
  • 5–7 years of distribution/utility experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to present information effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Strong math and analytical skills including fractions and algebra.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project analysis and workflow to meet defined objectives.
  • Gather data needed for project requirements.
  • Support project administration and process improvements.
  • Document project requirements throughout its lifecycle.
  • Enter project data into the financial system for coding and invoicing.
  • Facilitate effective project meetings and record decisions.
