Job summary

Qualifications

• Regular attendance is required.
• Education and/or Experience in distribution/utility or related field.
• Education: High school degree or GED; Preferred: AA/AS in Engineering Tech or related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years in distribution/utility or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports project analysis, workflow, and preparation of deliverables to meet client and management objectives.
• Gathers data for project requirements using data gathering tools.
• Supports project team on project administration and process improvements.
• Reviews and documents project requirements through its lifecycle.
• Provide lead support on local employee relations activities, office and client functions.
• Ensures project team completes within scope and schedule; identifies issues and solutions.
• Enters project information into the financial accounting system for invoicing and coding; reviews timesheets for accuracy.
• Facilitates project meetings (kickoff, client alignment, status, progress).
• Maintains document control and filing; ensures quality workmanship and on-time delivery.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
