• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or related areas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Track project schedules, action items, milestones, deliverables, risks, and other project information.
• Coordinate with technical teams, government customers, subcontractors, and internal business teams to support requirements and resolve actions.
• Prepare project updates, reports, briefings, and customer deliverables.
• Support supplier engagements and onsite visits including travel up to 25%.
• Assist with Statements of Work, purchase requests, subcontractor documentation, and related activities.
• Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.
