Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Project Analyst to join our Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group. You will work with the program manager, technical teams, government customers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and meet performance objectives.

Travel up to 25% is expected as you support onsite visits and supplier engagements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can collaborate with both technical and business teams,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 3 years of project coordination or program support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to work with technical and business teams and convey project information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Track project schedules, action items, milestones, deliverables, risks, and other project information.
• Coordinate with technical teams, government customers, subcontractors, and internal business teams.
• Prepare project updates, reports, briefings, meeting materials, and customer deliverables.
• Support supplier engagements and onsite visits including travel up to 25%.
• Assist with Statements of Work, purchase requests, subcontractor documentation, and procurement activities.
• Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.

The Project Analyst will work with the program manager, technical teams, government customers, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet performance objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work collaboratively with both technical and business teams, build strong working relationships, and confidently communicate project status, benefits, and risks to government stakeholders. Candidate will work as an individual contributor and within a diverse, multi-discipline team supporting and leading multiple, simultaneous efforts.

• * Track project schedules, action items, milestones, deliverables, risks, and other project relevant information.
• Coordinate with technical teams, government customers, subcontractors, and internal business teams to support project requirements and resolve outstanding actions.
• Prepare project updates, reports, briefings, meeting materials, and customer deliverables.
• Support supplier engagements and onsite visits including travel up to 25%
• Assist with Statements of Work, purchase requests, subcontractor documentation, and other project or procurement-related activities.
• Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, supply chain, government contracting, or related areas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams and communicate project information effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, follow through on assignments, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance Desired Qualifications
• Experience supporting Department of Defense, government, engineering, manufacturing, or other technical programs.
• Familiarity with Statements of Work, purchase requests, procurement, subcontracting, or other contractual documentation.
