Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 2 years in a Research or Analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data analysis using Excel operations (pivot tables, sorting, calculations).
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for Manager and colleagues, draft documents and presentations.
• Organize information for special projects; schedule meetings and deadlines.
• Ensure documents meet formatting and English grammar standards.
• Coordinate internal meetings; take notes and disseminate follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank policies to support meetings and presentations.
• Master Outlook, calendar, myCNB, SharePoint and contacts.
• Create and maintain a department process and procedure manual.
