Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Project, Analyst, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation professional for the GPS practice to advise federal and public sector clients on strategic messaging and communications that advance mission priorities.

Required: active TS/SCI with Polygraph, 1+ year of experience, and on-site work in Springfield, VA; experience publishing through SharePoint or an enterprise content-management platform; ability to lead projects and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing web content and publishing communications through SharePoint or an enterprise content-management platform.
• 1+ years of experience developing communication strategies and plans aligned with organizational priorities, goals, and accomplishments.
• 1+ years of experience drafting and editing strategic communications products, including official memoranda, publications, briefing materials, talking points, and correspondence.
• Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington/Rosslyn, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington/Rosslyn, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,100 to $100,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
