Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice seeks a Project, Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team member to advise clients on strategic messaging and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.

You will draft and edit memoranda, publications, and briefs, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and build professional relationships. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and on-site work in Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing web content and publishing through SharePoint or an enterprise CMS.
• 1+ years of experience developing communication strategies aligned with priorities.
• 1+ years drafting and editing strategic communications products (memoranda, publications, briefs).
• On-site 100% in Springfield, VA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work You'll Do

As a Project, Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for:

• Communicate approved strategic messages to key agency leadership officials, client partners, and key stakeholders.
• Translate mission priorities and accomplishments into clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate communications materials.
• Draft, edit, and produce client publications and official memoranda for internal and external audiences.

• 1+ years of experience drafting and editing strategic communications products, including official memoranda, publications, briefing materials, talking points, and correspondence.
• Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in professional services environment

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington/Rosslyn, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington/Rosslyn, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $121,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
