Job summary

Apera in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Engineering Analyst to support a major aerospace development programme and an internal technology initiative. The role is at the heart of programme execution, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test, and Program Management to keep milestones on track.

You will own project schedules, EV reporting, resource forecasting, risk management and leadership reporting to ensure critical milestones are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting/analysis.
• Hands-on Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) experience.
• Background in Project Controls, Scheduling, Programme Analysis, or Project Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Microsoft Project.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues and critical path activities.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) including ETCs, variance analysis and monthly reporting.
• Produce staffing forecasts and resource plans.
• Prepare programme performance reviews and leadership reporting packs.
• Coordinate qualification testing activities with vendors, laboratories and external partners.
• Monitor actuals against budget and identify performance risks.
• Drive action closure across cross-functional teams.
• Support deployment tracking and project governance activities.
• Develop dashboards, metrics and programme status reporting.

We're seeking a Project Engineering Analyst to support a major aerospace development programme and a parallel internal technology initiative. This is a fast-paced role at the centre of programme execution, working closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test, and Program Management teams.

You'll take ownership of project schedules, earned value reporting, resource forecasting, risk management, qualification test coordination, and leadership reporting to help ensure critical milestones are delivered on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
