We are seeking a junior- to mid-level Project Control Analyst to support the planning and execution of complex engineering programs. This position will work closely with program managers, engineering leads, technical teams, and business operations personnel to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated program schedules.The ideal candidate is proficient with Microsoft Project, understands traditional waterfall scheduling principles, and is familiar with Agile development methodologies. A background supporting engineering, defense, aerospace, hardware, or software development programs is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Approximately 2–7 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, program management, engineering, or a related field.Working proficiency with Microsoft Project, including:
Degree or professional experience in engineering, engineering management, program management, business, or a related technical discipline.Experience supporting aerospace, defense, government contracting, or other complex engineering-development programs.Experience scheduling integrated hardware and software development efforts.Experience supporting system integration, verification, qualification testing, or production activities.Familiarity with rolling-wave planning and hybrid Agile/waterfall execution models.Experience working with integrated master schedules or cross-functional program schedules.Familiarity with schedule performance metrics, earned value concepts, or project performance reporting.Experience integrating subcontractor or supplier schedules into a program-level schedule.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar program-management and reporting platforms.
Comfortable working with technical teams and asking the questions necessary to establish complete and accurate schedule logic.Able to identify potential schedule problems and clearly communicate their impact to program leadership.Detail-oriented while maintaining an understanding of overall program objectives and priorities.Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across engineering, program management, and business operations teams.Interested in developing broader project controls and program-management expertise.
