JG Management Systems (JGMS) is seeking a Project Analyst to support construction projects at a client site in Niskayuna, NY, with potential support for West Milton, NY. The role requires experience with Primavera and financial management, and the candidate must obtain a DOE L security clearance.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques.
• Preparing performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, and submitting reports.
• Identifying resource conflicts, analyzing budgets and workforce estimates, developing parts of the Program Management Plan, supporting meetings, issuing change controls, and preparing closeout reports.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in project scheduling software, preferably Primavera
• Experience managing financial information

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in project management
• Experience analyzing performance to plan
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in technical writing to author or support submittals
• Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus

Security Clearance

Candidates must possess a DOE L Security Clearance.
