Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Project Analyst in the United States to join the project management team. You will work directly with clients to ensure tasks are managed effectively, collect and translate IT requirements into project plans, and develop realistic resource-loaded schedules.

You will write executive-level briefings and communications, ensuring programs meet goals and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams on DoD IT projects. Security clearance is required.

Project Analyst The Opportunity: As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. You'll engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress. You'll write and deliver executive leadership level communications and briefings. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering IT projects
• 5+ years of experience with DoD IT project management
• Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of program management practices in a DoD setting
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams, independently, with minimal direction
• Ability to identify and document risks and conflicts across workstreams
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment
• Experience supporting the Navy
• Experience supporting senior military or government officials
• ITIL Foundations Certification

• Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
• The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
