We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our team.

The Project Analyst will assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This position will work closely with project managers and teams to monitor project performance, identify risks, and contribute to process improvements through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Analyze project data, tracking performance against goals and KPIs.
• Assist in preparing regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying any discrepancies or potential delays and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist with resource planning and allocation, ensuring efficient use of people, tools, and materials.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights into project performance and areas for improvement.
• Track and document project risks and issues, collaborating with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required.
