  2. Ensure forecast accuracy, renewal prioritization, on-time execution, multi-year growth, and price increases within assigned portfolios.
  3. Develop strategies for effective negotiation, early renewal closing, risk mitigation, and account de-escalation.
  4. Drive revenue by minimizing attrition and securing favorable renewal terms.
  5. Manage daily forecast and renewal hygiene operations.
  6. Ensure Customer Renewal Managers effectively identify customer needs, uncover issues, and demonstrate strong account management to drive on-time renewals and customer success.
  7. Collaborate with legal, deal desk, sales ops, and finance to develop comprehensive renewal strategies.
  8. Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with CRMs to review deals, coach, and address obstacles.
  9. Provide pathways for creative deal solutions and involve leadership when needed.
  10. Offer coaching, training, and management to the renewal team.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years in a Renewals, Sales, or Account Management leadership role, building high-performance teams in software sales.
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas and KPIs, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex situations across all organization levels.
  • Experience with large global sales organizations.
  • Comfort managing high-volume business and negotiating complex license agreements.
  • Strong customer management and negotiation skills.
