Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a Project Administrator to support our Project Management & Engineering organization in Houston, TX with hybrid on-site work. You will coordinate project execution, maintain financial data, support invoicing, and collaborate across Sales, Accounting, Engineering and Operations to ensure accurate handover and successful completion.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, SCM, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Engineering/Design, and Accounting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive operational challenge resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review, register, and maintain project, rental, and component orders.
• Support project teams through the project lifecycle from setup to completion.
• Coordinate activities across Project Management, Sales, Accounting, Engineering, Purchasing and Operations.
