Job summary

Alfa Laval in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead medium- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain and other groups to meet customer needs.

Based in Broken Arrow, OK with a hybrid work model, the role requires a Bachelor’s degree and PM experience; PMP certification is preferred and strong MS Office/MS Project skills are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or 5+ years of capital equipment PM experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience with MS Project or similar PM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead medium- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Oversee project delivery, installation, and handover to the customer.
